These are the ranks that are seen as weak, useless, or the youthful and new ones to the group.
Familiar {mvf}
Familiars are those who must earn their place in the pack, they're the new ranks. Their goal is familiarize themselves with the pack's ways.
Novice {mvn}
Young wolves who are assigned a mentor to teach them the basic skills they'll need.
Grunt {mvg}
The grunt rank can be granted to a familiar who has been in the pack for two days. Grunts preform basic duties within the group such as hunting and pup-sitting. Not a very necessary ranking, but Familiars who take on the Grunt rank before gaining their true middle rank can earn their respect and place faster. Grunts often move on to high rank much more quickly as well.
Victus {mvv}
Victus are the lowest rank any can have. Victus spend their days being picked on by the rest of the pack. Their jobs include scavenging, and picking the meat off the left over meat off of carcasses. Often times a Victus is one who has betrayed the pack, or is a former prisoner.
